Kickboxing is an exciting modern activity.

If you want fitness and sparring with protective equipment, plenty of pad work to work out those frustrations, then our Kickboxing class could be just what you are after.

Focus Kickboxing is all about the drive and determination that you would need in a Kickboxing Competition.  That's not to say that you would have to go and compete - most of our Focus Kickboxers never enter the ring for real - just to give you that kind of forthright confidence that you need.

This class will begin again just as soon as our new centre opens.  To get in at the beginning, you need to register so that we can include you as soon as the class kicks off.
