Clare battles through. She started training because someone told her that she couldn't do it. Now, years later, Clare gets to every seminar, trains in regular classes, teaches Women's Self Defence courses and still finds extra time to help out with classes in Kingsteignton and Newton Abbot.
All this on top of being a mother of two and business-woman in her own right.
